i do not know about e-gold. but, for paypal you can withdraw money using your bank account(US resident) or debit/credit card(non-US residents). For debit/credit cards, you need to verify them before being able to withdraw money. Register the details of card at paypal and the verification will be done by the relevant banks(may take a few days). After that, you will see the status in your Paypal account
