Exclamation IncFortune, PushTraffic, John Raygoza Scam

I have a list of many, many victims scammed by John Raygoza's string of companies. The main ones are IncFortune, PushTraffic & SuccessRate, but YourAffiliateSuccess and JumpLaunch (hosting) are also owned by Raygoza and are used to feed victims into his lair. Raygoza also buys leads from other marketers.

I was scammed 2 years ago for $15,000 and I posted to a few complaint sites, resulting in many other victims and ex-employees speaking out. A number of victims had their credit cards maxed out without permission. Others were charged much more than they agreed to. Several people paid between $25,000 and $40,000 and received little for it.

This is a clear case of deception and fraud.

They were promised their "investments" back in sales before their next credit card payments were due and were railroaded into signing a deceptive contract. Sales personnel verbally promised huge sales, but nobody seems to have made any sales using their methods.

The personal mentoring ceases after a handful of calls. The coaching staff recommend that you promote their products and services but offer little assistance. You are left pretty much on your own. Newbies are confused and are made to feel as if it's their own fault that they are not making sales. If they complain and ask for a credit they are labeled "losers".

Sadly, many of the victims were already struggling financially before falling victim to the empty promises and are now even deeper in debt, with no way out. The contracts basically offer NO guarantees, NO refunds, NO lawsuits! They also mention that they take no responsibility for anything the sales people have told you!

John Raygoza openly boasts about his 5 million a year income and even shows you around his "crib" (luxury apartment) on YouTube.

PushTraffic and IncFortune have an on-site attorney who spends a lot of time fighting the banks which charge-back victims payments. Unfortunately, your signature ensures that Raygoza's companies get to keep the money.

I could go on and on, but I have created a blog devoted to PushTraffic, IncFortune, SuccessRate Scams (P.I.S.S. for short!). That's exactly how we all feel - thoroughly P.I.S.S.ed OFF! The blog is aptly called PushTrafficscam and it is there for victims seeking help and advice.

If you have been scammed by any of Raygoza's companies, there are instructions on the blog about what you can do about it. I am still working on this case and will be taking it to the authorities soon. There will be a large group of us, so you are welcome to join us.

I am in the process of writing an ebook called "Internet Sharketing" which will outline the steps you can take to get justice done. It will soon be available for free on the blog.

If you need help, please get in touch with me at urlybird at gmail

As recently as a week ago, the CEO himself (Raygoza) was ringing around trying to get more money from people (probably to finance his expensive vacation to the South Americas, New York & Paris).

One knowing victim played along with his sharketing sidekick until the last minute. The "offer" was to JV for a $30,000 "investment". The victim had already been ripped off for $25,000 with nothing to show for ir. He finally replied "I wouldn't give him 30 cents!" I can't believe the audacity of these con men.

Exclamation I have also been scammed by John Raygoza

John Raygoza has scammed many people, he promises your money back but does not deliver on any of his promises. He told me he would treat my website like his own and use the $15,000 I paid to advertise my website (after having paid $5,000). He also told me he had a grandmother by the name of Esther. This is also an outright lie. He needs to be shut down asap. Once he has your money you can hardly contact any one. The live chat is not answered in a timely fashion, the telephone numbers he gives you to contact him are never answered. Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare.
Push Traffic, Success Rate, Inc Fortune - stay as far away from all of these as you can.

Unhappy Another victim of JP Raygoza

Hi,

My scam story is slightly different from many of Push Traffic Inc.'s other victims. I didn't go so far as to begin any coaching, because I realized very quickly I'd been scammed.

A fellow claiming to be an internet marketer from whom I'd earlier bought materials phoned late one afternoon. When I questioned his ID he had a ready-made answer that mostly satisfied me. He engaged me in a friendly conversation about my online business success, or rather lack of it, and offered to "help" me get into a profitable position - in return for payment when that happened.

He got me to give him my credit card number on the pretext of confirming it, and checking that I had enough credit for the advertising required. He sent what he called a "non-disclosure" agreement by email for me to sign and send back. Because he was pushing to get the agreement done before "end of day," I bought into the need for speed and signed and sent it back without reading carefully. I know - hard even for me to believe my own gullibility!

Long story short - they charged my credit card that night for $4500 US (in 3 separate transaction no doubt to bypass bank protections) putting me into overdraft.

A sidenote here - the credit card companies should be taken to task for allowing scammers to pull off this sort of transaction without contacting the customer to confirm - according to the bank, all that was required was that the scammer had my card number!

At any rate, because of the signed agreement, Push Traffic has so far successfully argued my requests for chargeback.

I have to thank Gaielle for her ongoing efforts on behalf of all PTI's victims.

Default Dotintel is another Raygoza Scam

Further research led me to Dotintel.com. The appearance of the website is much the same as IncFortune and SuccessRate. Same pictures, same promises. However, the difference is that it has a tab with a message from the CEO - Rob Artino.

However, if you opt-in for the free newsletter, guess who sends the confirmation message? You guessed it - the King of Scams himself, John Paul Raygoza!

Yes indeed. His name is at the top of the message and the same old PushTraffic, IncFortune and SuccessRate address is at the bottom. (700 S. Flower St, LA) It goes without saying that I did not confirm the double opt-in.

Raygoza's team will go to any lengths to take your money, including using false names and even impersonating other marketers. (They buy leads from other top marketers and contact their list, pretending to be that marketer.)

Smile No Brand Names Too LOW Priced

When I was a young sales person and developed my own e-commerce store, I had little knowledge in knowing how to make money online. So of course I jumped the guns when I heard top brands for less in China. My tip to you is don't. They are either fake, sending items with a empty box or no items at all.

Also avoid western union at all cost. Try and use Paypal and only deal with trusted suppliers. Check out their details and do a small order before you think about spending big.

I hope I save you from being scammed. I wasted around $1200 on mine and by the way its not easy to get your money back.

One supplier to stay clear of his Keenmas.com, this company sells "new" phones which are actually refurbished crap and every now and again they don't even function properly.
